High Demand for Competitive Intelligence Software in Brazil

100% Top-Tier Clients will Recommend Global Intelligence Alliance

Global Intelligence Alliance (GIA), a global strategic market intelligence and advisory group, announces survey findings that show that 100% of its top-tier clients would consider recommending GIA. Respondents said "GIA is one of very few consultancies that focus on intelligence and can do it on a global basis. Their service is outstanding and they are always open to working with us to ensure the end product is what we need."  GIA also scored well overall for its suite of five key services, and fared particularly well for its competitive intelligence software, Intelligence Plaza®.

97% Customers Recommend GIA's Competitive Intelligence (CI) Software

In a global customer survey in late 2011, end users of GIA’s competitive intelligence software, Intelligence Plaza®, said that software that is used to collect, analyze and share competitive intelligence provides a good channel to proactively share information and participate in important internal discussions. Within the sample pool of the over 2,000 active users surveyed, 97% said they would consider recommending Plaza to other business users due to its user-friendly features.

The survey also confirmed that one of the key differentiating factors behind successful world-class intelligence operations is their ability to engage the intelligence network to collaborate and share internal insights on market developments.
